Diglipur, Mar 16: Block resource centre, Diglipur of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan in collaboration with artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Kanpur (ALIMCO) today on 16 March organized an assessment camp for Children with special needs at Multipurpose hall, Diglipur.
Near about 30 students of various schools from class I-VIII from Diglipur Educational zone, were assessed by the medical experts. The assessed students will be provided the materials next year. Today 2 No. wheelchairs, 20 hearing aids and 16 MSTED KITS were provided to the needy students which were assessed last year.
Dr Nicholas and other specialist from CHC Diglipur assessed the children in association with Deputy Education Officer Mr. Sashi Kumar and other staffs.
