Port Blair, March 16: A minor fire was reported from a House situated at Ranchi Basthi, School line yesterday morning at around 10:30 am. No injuries were reported in the incident.
As per reports, the fire took place in the Table Fan due to short-circuit and later fire spread to the TV set of the house.
On information a team of Aberdeen Fire Station moved to the spot with one fire tender and controlled the fire in no time. The House Sabyanus Toppo had to bare a loss of Rs 9000 in the fire accident.
