Port Blair, Feb 26: The Maharashtra Mandal, Port Blair today observed the 52nd Death Anniversary of Freedom Fighter Veer Savarkar at the premises of Maharashtra Mandal & Veer Savarkar Park, Port Blair.
The Chairperson, Port Blair Municipal Council, Mr Indra Pratap Singh was present in the honam ceremony that was organized in the morning at 10:00 am.
41 followers of freedom fighter Veer Savarkar came long way from Haryana to be present in the Honam Ceremony organized by the Maharashtra Mandal.
