Port Blair, July 04: Today Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the President of Pradesh Congress Committee brought relief for three different section of society viz students of Port Mout, R K Pur, Quarry Operators and Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Teachers. This morning Mr. Sharma met the Lt. Governor of A & N Islands with three different delegations and highlighted their problems and by evening the Lt. Governor restored Science streams at Port Mout and R. K. Pur and enhanced maximum age for teachers of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. The Lt. Governor also assured the quarry operators prompt action is being taken on their concern regarding closure of quarries.
