Port Blair, Feb 20: The department of Tourism will be organizing a 3 days Training Course for the drivers of three and four wheelers, transporting tourists to their destinations. The training will be conducted during the middle of March 2018. The language of training will be in Hindi & English.
This will be a certification Course and the basic requirement to attend the course is as given below:
• Age: Minimum 18 years.
• Educational Qualification: Nil.
• Entry fee – Rs.2000/-
• No. of participants per batch- 50 candidates.
• Duration of Course – 03 days (24 hours)
The interested youth may submit their application to the Planning& Statistical Section of the Directorate of IP&T, with a copy of Driving Licence and a passport Size Photo on or before 28.02.2018. The batch will be for 50 trainees and will be selected on first come first serve basis.
The location of the training will be decided based on number of applicants from different part of Islands.
