Port Blair, Feb 01: A 20 year old lady accidently fell into the sea yesterday while she was standing near the new vehicle ferry jetty at Chatham.
As per sources, the incident was reported at around 04:00pm while the lady was talking to her friend.
As soon as the lady fell into the sea, some fishermen nearby immediately came to the rescue of the lady and saved her from drowning.
The lady was then immediately taken to the Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital. The lady is now said to be out of danger. Further details are awaited.
