Billyground, Jan 25: North & Middle Andaman Administration has decided that from this year Pramukh, Panchayat Samiti, Mayabunder shall unfurl the National Flag at Middle School Billyground. In this connection the District administration has given directions to the all institution of the area.
Police forces are directed to manage the law and order of situation in the area while STS Department has directed to provide bus services so that people from Betapur to Basantipur area could reach at Billyground in proper time.
Directions has also been given to make all arrangements to APWD for the celebration of Republic Day at Billyground. A separate fund has been sanctioned by the N & M Andaman Administration. Throughout the day various sports and games shall also be organised under the supervision of Pradhan of Harinagar, Swadeshnagar and Basantipur.
