Port Blair, Jan 19: Tuffman India Pvt Ltd is all set to organise an ultra Marathon in Port Blair in the name of Tuffman Island Ultra – Andaman on 11th February.
The race categories will be 10K, for which start time will be at 07:30am and cut off criteria will be 2:00Hrs, Similarly for 20K – 07:30am – 3:00Hrs, 30K – 07:30am – 4:30 Hrs , 50K – 06:00am – 8:00 Hrs (8:30 Hrs) and for 80K start time will be 05:00am and cut off criteria will be 13:00 Hrs (13:30 Hrs)
However, in case of any disturbance / hindrance / calamity / improper weather conditions Tuffman India Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to modify the cut-off time for everyone’s good.
According to the organizers, this will be a very mind relaxing ultra experience for all the runners. This ultra route will keep you ever fresh and enthusiastic as the race course is full of cool breeze, awesome city surrounds and will provide you a reviving and zealous escape all together.
Start Point for the race will be Cellular Jail & Finish Point will be Corbyn Cove’s Beach for all the race categories.
Two Aid Stations along with one Medical Station will be put up in the race as they shall be enough to keep you well hydrated and energetic all the way to and fro in the wet and damp air.
