Diglipur, Dec 06: There is no visible damage due to cyclonic weather reported in Diglipur so far. Heavy rain continued since last night to 06th December morning 10am.
The Kalpong river level is marginally increased but not flooded any paddy fields or homes so far as reported.
In the morning a coconut tree was uprooted at Krishnapur and fell on electric line due to this the power was interrupted in the area.
Fire Service and Electricity personnel reached the spot and cleared the electric line. As per reports presently there is no rain in Diglipur area.
