Port Blair, Oct 17: Mr. Vishal Jolly, State President BJP, A&N Islands, have request Smti. Sushma Swaraj, Ministry of External Affairs, Mr. Nitin GadkariJi, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping and Lt. Governor, A&N Islands to rescue of Mr. S. Suresh Kumar.
Mr. S. Suresh Kumar, R/o Dairy Farm, Port Blair, A&N Islands. He is working as 4th Engineer in M. V. EMERALD STAR, Admiral Marine Services, Chennai. The company has informed that, On 13th October, around 8.00 pm, M. V. EMERALD STAR met with an accident near to Philippines whilesailing from Indonesia to Japan. It was also informed that, out of the 26 crew on board, 16 have been rescued and remaining10 persons are reported as missing. Mr. S. Suresh Kumar is one among the missing persons. There is no more information from the company for the past three days. In this regard, Mr. Vishal Jolly, request Smti. SushmaSwaraj, Ministry of External Affairs, Mr. Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping and the Lt. Governor, A&N Islands to rescue of Mr. S. Suresh Kumar and give his status inform to his family.
