Port Blair, October 03: Dr Vithya, a resident of Chennai, who was on a visit to these Islands, as a tourist missed her important documents like identity card, Passport, huge amount of cash at Chidyatapu on 1st October, 2017.
According to reports, when she realized that she has left those belongings at Chidyatapu, she reported the matter to the Aberdeen Police Station from where according to sources the case was referred to Pahargaon Police Station.
As per reports, after the matter was reported to Pahargaon Police Unit Sub-Inspector Dinesh Meena and HC Hentho was handed over the job to search the belongings of the tourist.
Tremendous effort by both the Police Personnel the belongings of the Tourist, Dr Vithya was recovered within 02 hours. The tourist has highly appreciated the working capability of the Andaman Nicobar Police.
