Port Blair, Jul 23: The ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, N & M Andaman , will be organizing a three days training program for practicing farm women from 24th to 26th July, 2017 on “Low cost nutrient dense recipes for farm women and children” at Govt. Primary School, Laxminallah ,Duke Nagar, N & M Andaman. Knowledge about healthy eating and its crucial role in mitigating malnutrition cannot be ignored. Creating awareness about importance of healthy eating and demonstrating low cost nutrient dense recipes will help the farm women to enhance the nutritional status of their family. The training will be inaugurated in the gracious presence of up-pradhan and other PRI members. It will include lectures, demonstration of low cost nutritious recipes from local produce and film shows.
