Port Blair, July 13: At a simple function held today on 13th July 2017 at Dairyfarm junction, Shri. Udit Prakash Rai Deputy Commissioner (SA) garlanded the bust of Late.M.Dilli Rao Gunner of 51 Field Regiment (Artillery) who laid down his life fighting insurgents in Assam on 13th July 2002. Shri.B.Eswar Rao, Chairperson PBMC Shri. Mangat Ram Secretary Seva Niketan, along with the inmates of Seva Niketan and, local populace of the area and the family members of Saheed M. Dilli Rao were present on the occasion. On the occasion Shri.Mangat Ram briefed about the life of Shaeed M.Dilli Rao.
