Port Blair, Jul 11: On 07/07/17, a Police team of PS Hut Bay headed by SI.Benedict, I/c PS Hut Bay recovered 800 Tins of Baghban Tobacco of 45 grams each in total 36 kg at 7 Km Netaji Nagar, Hut Bay from the possession of two persons namely R. Alaphonse S/o Shri, R. Rajendran (46) yrs R/o Prothrapur Port Blair and K. Balakrishnan S/o Late, Karuppain (45) yrs R/o R.B Nagar ward No.03 L/Andaman. On enquiry it revealed that the banned tobacco item was brought by TCI Prabhu cargo vessel.
