Port Blair, Jun 29: The Chairperson Port Blair Municipal Council Shri.B.Eswar Rao today laid the foundation stone for the work namely construction of road and RCC wall with drain at Garacharama, Ward No-18 in the presence of the Ward Councillor Smti.Rubana Aziz. The Junior Vice Chairperson, Shri. Dharmendra Narayan and Senior officials of the Council were present on the occasion. The Ward Counciilior Smti.Rubana Aziz said that the work will be completed at the earliest as it is the long pending demand of the local populace of this area. The Chairperson after the function visited various sites of the ward. He further stated that the Port Blair Municipal Council is taking every possible step to ensure better civic services to the citizens of the Municipal area.
