Port Blair, June 14: The Lt Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands got stuck in Traffic Jam for almost half an hour at Prothrapur Chowk at around 06:00pm today.
As per reports, more than six ten-wheeler trucks of Indian Army got struck at the narrow road at Prothrapur, while going towards Birdline, resulting into huge blockage.
Not only the Lt Governor of these Island but hundreds and hundreds of other vehicles got stuck in the Jam for more than an hour. Tourist, those were coming back after watching the sunset at Childyatapu, too suffered numerous problems.
However, more than a 50 staffs of Tylerabad Police Station were immediately deputed at the area to clear the traffic jam.
