Nancowry, April 16: Passenger Vessel MV Campbell Bay hit the Nancowry Jetty hard yesterday while the Ship was leaving the Nancowry Jetty for Great Nicobar Island.
High winds and choppy sea were the main reasons behind the incident, it is learnt. No one suffered any injuries in the accident. However, the Ship as well as the Jetty suffered some damages.
Sources said that the Ship was repaired yesterday itself and also the ship left for Campbell Bay.
