Port Blair, Mar 09: As per TRAI guidine, BSNL has notified Blackout Day on 13th March, 2017. On this day free or concession SMS & Voice tariff offered under any package (Magics / STV) will not be available to the customers, the SMS & Voice tariff will be as per the respective base plan tariff can be viewed by dialing *123*3#, a release from Assistant General Manager (S&M), BSNL, A&N Telecom Circle said here today.
