Diglipur, Mar 1: Diglipur Police is making continuous efforts to curb down the menace of illicit sale of liquor and other contraband articles.
In pursuance of such efforts, the police team of PS Diglipur detected 30 pouches Zarda from the possession of a passenger namely Nihar Majhi r/o Nabagram who arrived at Diglipur bazaar from SS Transport bus from Port Blair.
Which were handed over to the Food Safety Officer at Diglipur for further needful action.
