Port Blair, Jan 24: Having retired after rendering 15 years of memorable service in these Islands the former Joint Director of the Regional News Unit (RNU), All India Radio (AIR), Port Blair, Mr Durg Vijay Singh ‘Deep’ has now been selected for the ‘Best Editor’ Akashwani Annual Award for the year- 2015.
In a certificate issued to him today the Director General (News), All India Radio, New Delhi, Mr SitanshuKar has said, “On behalf of the News Service Division, I have the pleasure of complimenting you on winning the prestigious ‘Best Editor’ Akashwani Annual Award for the year- 2015. The award will be presented to you at the Akashwani Annual Award ceremony, the date for which will be communicated to you in due course.”
