Rangat, Dec 28: The District Administration of N&M Andaman is all set to arrange ‘Beach Festival’ at Amkunj Beach, Rangat from 30 Dec to 01 Jan, 2017. The Beach Festival will be inaugurated by the Chief Secretary, Mr. Anindo Majumdar, IAS, at 1815 hrs and will continue till 09:30 pm. As per the reports various cultural programs and sports will be the principal attractions.
Departmental stalls will be installed for show casing the departmental activities and achievements to inspire the general public. The local general store agents, Hoteliers & Restaurant owners will also be installing respective stalls in the festival. The N&M Andaman administration further urged to general public to visit the festival with their families to make it a success. For avoidance of any incidence various security measures have been taken to ensure safety of visitors & tourists.
