Port Blair, Dec 18: The Non-Gazetted Government Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands condoles the sudden demise of Shri P. Soman, Assistant Secretary(Retd) at his home town Kollam, Kerala today on 17.12.2016. He was 64 years old, survived by his wife, son and a daughter. The Association conveys its deepest sympathy and shares the sorrow with the bereaved members of his family.
