Port Blair, June 07: Power supply will remain suspended in Light House, Phoenix Bay, Fisheries Jetty area, Anarkali, Delanipur, Quarry Hill & Phongy Kyaung from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs on 9th June 2012 for charging of already laid 11 KV UG cables by M/s. PGCIL and replacement of damaged conductors of the main transmission lines from Bambooflat 20 MW IPP Power House to Garacharma Sub- Station (Panther-I & Panther-II).
Power supply will also remain suspended in Bambooflat, Wimberlygunj, Shoal Bay upto Brindaban junction including Shaitankhari & Rubber Board plantation areas on 09 June 2012, from 0830 to 1700 hrs for execution of 33 KV UG cable from IPP to Nayapuram by M/s. PGCIL as per schedule subject to weather condition:
