Port Blair, Dec 05: Shri Udit Prakash Rai (IAS), Secretary (RD, PRIs & ULBs), A & N Admin. / Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District & Smti. Richa, Director (RD, PRIs & ULBs), A & N Admin. under Swachh Bharat Mission (S. B. M.) laid the foundation stone on 03/12/2016, for Construction Work of “Community Toilet at Wright Myo Ward No. – 3, in the presence of Shri O. Bashir, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Mannarghat along with large gathering of local pupils.
Earlier a warm welcome was given by the villagers to the dignitaries then after Shri O. Bashir (Pradhan) & Smti Magdali Kerketta (GPM) put on shawl to Shri Udit Prakash Rai (IAS) & Smti Richa respectively. During their speech the dignitaries expresses their deep satisfaction over the upcoming project.
The Pradhan expressed his sincere thanks to the Officers for sparing their valuable time from busy schedule for Gram Panchayat Mannarghat.
