Diglipur, Nov 25: A moderate earthquake today hit the Diglipur region of North Andaman, triggering slight panic among public.
Although the intensity was not much but as per public the quake was clearly felt by a large number of people, who came out running from their home. The quake was reported at 4.47 pm.
There is no report of any injuries or damages.
As per details, the intensity of the quake was 4.4 in Richter scale, the and epicenter was at Log; 13.4 N and Log; 92.9 E, the depth was 10 km.
