Port Blair, Nov 21: To mark National Book Week-2016 at Zonal Library Diglipur a week long programme was conducted comprising of various competitions like drawing, essay and elocution among primary, middle, and upper class students from different schools. The winners of different competitions were given prize by DEO Diglipur Shri Sashi kumar and Ex DEO Shri P C Tikait on 20th Nov. 2016.
An immersive speech has been delivered by DEO to motivate students to regular use of library and he also advised to inculcate book reading habit among them. Ex Library Attendant of Zonal library Shri Mangal Gharami presented a Trophy best performing school VKZPV on this occasion.
