Port Blair, Oct 19: The Member of Parliament Mr Bishnu Pada Rai, visited Mayabunder on 19/10/2016 and held a meeting at APWD Guest house at 9.30 AM and at 2.30 PM in the conference hall of Zillaparishad, Lucknow with PRI members of N & M Andaman, Zilla Parishad Adyaksha, Pramukh, EE, AE & JE of APWD to discuss the status of all sanctioned work, which are pending since a long time due to some barriers on the process of the works.
He emphasized mainly on the work of rural road and bridge due to which peoples are facing too much problems for transportation.
After a long discussion he has directed the APWD official to take initiative to make every possibility to fasten the pending works and complete it in a time bound manner.
