Port Blair, Oct 04: Rotary Club of Port Blair donated a wheel chair to Mr. Saw Tosay aged 16 years s/o of Chowzein R/o Panighat(Mayabunder) a Karen boy. He is at present a student of class X studying at Govt. Secondary School, Webi.
The wheel chair was donated in presence of Shri. Bharat Biswas, Vice-Principal and staff (teachers) of G.S.S Webi at a simple gathering.
He is differently-abled and has 100 percent permanent physical impairment since childhood as per medical board and is unable to walk.
He is always been carried by family members to school.
The staffs of Webi and the Karen community has immensely thanked the members of Rotary Club of Port Blair for this gesture.
