Port Blair, Sept 18: The Festival Issue 2016 (Sharadsambhar 1423) of BAAKPROTIMA – the only RNI-registered as well as ISSN-holder literature-based periodical published in Bengali from Andaman & Nicobar Islands has been formally released by Shri Anindo Mazumder, Chief Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration on 17th September 2016 at 3.00 PM.
The issue contains as much as 52 articles (essays, stories, drama, travelogue etc.) and 74 poems in its 500 printed pages (including cover). The periodical is published and edited by Shri Anadiranjan Biswas.
