Port Blair, Aug 31: GSSS Oralkatcha, Baratang has organized a felicitation programme for Veteran Ex-Servicemen on 31st August 2016. Shri. G.Kurma Rao(Retr. Army) and Shri Ashok Kumar Kerketta (Retr. Army) were honored in the school premises during the celebration of “ AZADI 70 ZARA YAAD KARO KURBANI” .
Speaking on the occasion G.Kurma Rao said, “Students should maintain discipline in their life for achieving their goals”.
The Veteran Ex-Servicemen also shared their experiences with the students about their life in the army and thanked the school organization for such initiative.
Smti. M.V.Jolly, Vice Principal concluded the program by thanking the Veteran Ex-servicemen for the services rendered by them to the country and also motivated the students to excel in various fields and make India proud.
