Port Blair, Aug 22: In anticipation of the approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs for review and continuance of MHA’s order dated 30.05.1996 for the academic session 2016-17, it is brought to the notice of all concerned candidates that the Administration through the Daily Telegram dated 08.07.2016 has invited claims and objections form all concerned in respect of provisional merit list for B.Ed courses reserved by the institute of Advance Study in Education (Govt. College of Education), Bhopal for the students of A&N Islands. The stipulated period for submission of claim and objection has been expired, but no claim and objection has been received so far by this Administration. Hence, the provisional merit list has been now treated as final merit list.
It is further brought to the notice of all concerned that 15 (fifteen) seats in B.Ed. reserved by the Institute of Advance Study in Education (Govt. College of Education), Bhopal for the students of A&N Islands for the academic session 2016-17 will be allotted to the eligible candidates according to the category-wise provisional merit position. All the candidates are hereby directed to attend counselling/selection on 24th August, 2016 at 3.00 pm in the conference hall of the Secretariat along with all original educational qualification certificates/testimonials including mark sheets, provisional diploma certificate/award of diploma (in original) alongwith 4 (four) passport size photographs and 2 permanency certificates for sureties and other documents in support of their category for counselling.
No claim will be entertained or considered, in case the candidates fails to appear in person or do not produce necessary certificates in original at the time of counselling/selection on the scheduled date and time as specified above.
