Port Blair, July 18: The Councillor of Ward no. 2, Mr R Someswara Rao has expressed gratitude to the Lt. Governor, Lt. General AK Singh (retd) and Secretary, Education, Smt Tanvi Garg for introducing English medium from Class I in lieu of Telugu at Govt. Middle School, Laltha Singh Ground, Haddo with Telugu as second language option from the academic session 2016-17. In a release, the Municipal Councillor said that the initiative will immensely benefit students of Haddo and adjoining areas.
