Port Blair, July 17: To celebrate the first anniversary of the third-generation premium hatchback, the Honda Jazz, the dealership facility in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Prince Honda organized a special function for all proud owners of Honda Jazz on Saturday.
The dealership facility, Prince Honda, has sold 74 units of the new-gen Honda Jazz, the popular premium hatchback from the Japanese carmaker and the owner of the Honda dealership here, Mr Sagar Khurana has expressed satisfaction over growing popularity of Honda Jazz in these islands.
Speaking to Andaman Sheekha, Mr Khurana said that since launch of the dealership, almost all models of Honda Cars have generated enthusiasm among car lovers and Honda Jazz in particular remains the premium choice of car owners.
Interested people can visit the Prince Honda showroom for Test drive of Honda Jazz and notice the unique features it offers, he said.
As per specification in Honda website, the Jazz is a globally successful model in Honda’s line-up and is appreciated world-wide. There is no other model in other car makers that can match the features of Honda Jazz.
The Honda Jazz hatchback packs a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that powers Amaze and Brio. It can generate power of 90bhp with a torque of 110Nm at 4,800rpm. The other engine, a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel motor, can pump 100bhp of power and 200Nm torque.
The transmission is taken care of by either a five-speed manual or a CVT with paddle shifters in the petrol variants and six-speed manual transmission in diesel Jazz. The petrol Jazz promises to give a mileage of 19kmpl and the diesel variant is rated to return a mileage of 27.3kmpl.
