Port Blair, June 03: A speeding Alto car today hit a moped this morning at around 10:30am near Marina Park injuring the lady moped rider.
As per reports, the driver of the car was at a very high speed and due to a very high speed the driver of the car couldn’t negotiate in the turning at Ramakrishna Mission and hit the Moped hard which was going towards Girl School.
It is learnt that the lady riding the moped suffered serious injuries in her leg. She was rushed to the GB Pant Hospital immediately. It is also learnt that a women was driving the car.
