Billyground, Feb 02: Krishi Vigyan Kendra (CIARI), North and Middle Andaman organizing Kissan Sammelan 2016 at Vegetable Market, Nimbudera at 9:30 am on 4th Feb. 2016. This programme is an attempt to disseminate latest scientific technologies, and information for increasing farmers knowledge/ skills in farming and allied sectors.
The M. P. Shri Bisnu Pada Ray had kindly consented to be chief guest for the programme. In addition to this Zilla Adahyaksha, Pramukh, Heads from line departments, NGOs, SHG and other developmental department officials are participating. An exhibition is being arranged during this event. The farmers can also bring their unique/ exotic product/ produce for display in the exhibitions. In the programme technical and interactive session will be held on different topics. This is an opportunity for the farmers to participate in the mela for increasing their knowledge and skills in agriculture and allied sectors.
