Port Blair, Jan 28: The Lt Governor, Lt Gen A K Singh (Retd), has condoled the death of Late Ethel Richardson, wife of Late Bishop John Richardson-the architect of modern Car Nicobar. Late Ethel Richardson, aged 105 yrs passed away on 28th January 2016, at her residence, Mus Village, Car Nicobar.
The Lt Governor expressed his deep condolences to the members of the bereaved family.
