Port Blair, Jan 21: The Lt. Governor, A & N Islands will pay floral tribute at the Netaji Statue, Marina Park on Jan 23, 2016 at 9 am on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The Member of Parliament, Chief Secretary and others will also offer floral tributes. The general public have been requested to attend the function.
