Port Blair, Jan 21: Power supply will remain suspended in some areas on Jan 23, 2016 from 8 am to 2 pm due to isolation of Tiger feeder for LT line shifting, HT line maintenance work, replacement of damaged cable and T&D maintenance works in South Andaman area.
The areas to be affected by power disruption under Tiger feeder are Chouldari, Nimbu Bagicha, Badmaspahar, Ograbraj, Tusnabad to Tirur.
Power supply will also remain suspended in some other areas on Jan 23 from 8 am to 1 pm due to isolation of Panel-V and Shoalbay & Ferrargunj feeders for LT line shifting, HT line maintenance work, replacement of damaged cable and T&D maintenance works also in South Andaman area.
The areas to be affected by power disruption under Shoalbay & Ferrargunj feeder and Panel-V are Bambooflat, Stewartgunj, Wimberlygunj to Shoalbay, Wimberlygunj to Ferrargunj, Jirkatang and Caddlegunj. The works will be carried out subject to weather condition.
