Port Blair, December 29: The Lt Governor, Lt Gen A K Singh (Retd), has expressed his condolences on the death of Herbert Kanoen, alias Sen, an International level football player from Car Nicobar, who passed away on December 28, 2015.
The legendary football player played for the Dempo Sports Club, Goa and was also a member of the Goa State team which won the Santosh Trophy in 1984. Later on, he became the Manager of the Dempo Football team.
