Port Blair, Dec 16: As part of the campaign against “Ill-effects of Drug Abuse (Substance) & Alcoholism”, the Directorate of Social Welfare, A & N Administration in association with Prajapita Brahma Kumari, has organized a Mobile Exhibition and Audio Visual Presentation in a decorate vehicle by a small function which was flagged off by the Director, Social Welfare at the premises of Social Welfare Department, Goalghar. The function was attended by large gathering of public and the staffs of Social Welfare Department.
The decorated vehicle was escorted by the brothers and mathas of Brahma Kumari through a motorcycle rally and march past with flag cards in their hands with a slogan on the Ill-effects of Drugs. The vehicle will show its first show at Tiranga Park and thereafter it will move to various places in the town and concluded its last show at Dairyfarm. Similar shows will be held on Dec 17 and 18, 2015 from Chouldhari to Junglighat.
