Port Blair, Dec 16: The opening ceremony of XIX State School Games and IV State-Level Competition for Children with Special Needs will be held at Netaji Stadium, Port Blair on 17th December, 2015 at 03:00 PM.
The Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Shri Anand Prakash will be the chief guest on the occasion.
