Port Blair, Dec 15: The Directorate of Social Welfare in association with Prajapita Brahma Kumari, Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya has launched a unique project, in which a mobile exhibition and audio visual presentation on a decorated vehicle will create awareness regarding Ill-effects of Drugs (Substance) & Alcoholism and other social issues and how inner strengthening is a solution.
The mobile tableau will be flagged off by Mr M. N. Murali, Director, Social Welfare in a function at the premises of Directorate of Social Welfare, Goalghar on Dec 16 at 3.15 pm. The first programme will be shown to the general public at Tiranga Park and thereafter the vehicle will move to different parts of the city till 8 pm on the same day.
The mobile tableau will be exhibited in different public places in Port Blair from Dec 16-18, 2015 followed by a Healthy, Happy Lifestyle Camp from 19th to 26th December, 2015 at Conference Hall of Agriculture Office, Goalghar, Port Blair from 6.30 to 7.30 am and 6.00 to 7.00 pm. Interested individuals have been requested to attend the camp which will be free of cost.
