Port Blair, Dec 07: The Yuvasakthi, An NGO, Port Blair in association with Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, Chennai held a free eye-screening camp at Diglipur on 05th December 2015. Primarily targeted at Senior Citizens and Students of Diglipur and adjoining villages, this camp was held in the Gram Panchayat Hall of Subhash Gram, Diglipur where 63 persons from various rural hamlets of Diglipur were screened and given free medicines.
Asserting that, such free medical camps would be continued in future also, the organizers of Yuvasakthi thanked the specialists of Dr.Agarwal’s Hospital for their yeomen service and also assured that, medical needs of underprivileged and financially backward senior citizens would be taken care of by the Yuvasakthi in future.
