Port Blair, Dec 2: The Social Welfare Department will celebrate International Day for Disabled Persons on Dec 3, 2015 befittingly at ITF Ground from 9 am. Indoor and outdoor programmes like Frog Race, Sack Race, Spoon Race, Rangoli, Musical Chair and Drawing competition will be conducted during the occasion.
