World AIDS Day is observed on 1st December every year to create awareness about the dreaded disease.
The theme of World AIDS Day 2015 is “Achieving Zero New HIV Infection”. Hence, it is an opportunity for everyone to reiterate their commitment to fight HIV infection with the ultimate aim to achieve zero new HIV infections. This must be supported by better access to treatment, care and support to the people living with HIV infection/AIDS.
On this occasion, I call upon all stakeholders to support the efforts of A&N AIDS Control Society.
