Port Blair, November 08: Nearly 14 fishermen have been arrested by the Humphrygunj Police, while a team of Humphrygunj Police and AAJVS were patrolling in the Jarawa reserved area on 05 November 2015, for fishing in the Jarawa Reserved area Hiren Tikrey.
According to reports, two of the Engine Dinghy came from Mayabunder and one fishing trawler was from Junglighat. As per reports, nearly 200 kg of fish were seized from the spot. It is learnt that all the 14 fishermen were left on bail as the offence was bailable.
