Port Blair, November 03: A 30 years old, unmarried man, Mr Velu Swamy a resident of Nausad colony, Bhathubasthi has committed suicide this afternoon in his home.
According to reports, Mr Velu Swamy, a private worker by profession, hanged himself to death inside his room.
On information a team of Pahargaon Police immediately reached the spot and took the body of Mr Velu Swamy for post mortem to the Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital.
It is learnt that the body has been kept in the mortuary of the G B Pant Hospital and a case of Un-natural death has been registered at PS Pahargaon.
