Port Blair, Apr 26: A Scooter rider was hit by a Qualis SUV today infront of YMCA building. According to report the Qualis SUV was taking a sudden U-turn toward Post Office but failed to negotiate with a scooter rider, who was coming from Bengali Club direction. No body was injured in the accident. The matter was later settled amicability.
