Port Blair, Oct 18: Newly elected office bearers of Students Council 2015-16 of JNRM met the President, Pradesh Congress Committee, Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma and other leaders at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday. They stated that many developmental works have been brought in the College by him for the welfare of the students of this Islands and have further placed various demands to be taken up with the appropriate authority by the PCC President which include opening of Central University, Ph.D affiliation facility, extra class rooms, laboratory for Home Science, more rooms in girls hostel, coaching facilities etc. Mr Sharma congratulated all the office bearers and encouraged them to work for the welfare of the student community and assured to take up the issues before the appropriate authorities of the administration.
