Port Blair, Sept 29: A special meeting of the Municipal Council held on Tuesday unanimously elected Smt S Usha, Councillor, Ward no. 16 and Mr SNN Gregory, Councillor, Ward no. 12, as Senior Vice Chairperson and Junior Vice Chairperson of the Council for the first year term from Sept 2015 to Sept 2016.
